Hartings Family

When my friend Johanna was looking for the perfect baby gift for her brother Matt and sister-in-law Erika she called me and asked me to shoot a newborn session of the new family. What a great idea for a baby gift! Matt and Erika are originally from Ohio and have lived in California for the past year and a half while Matt works at Cal Tech (he's really smart).

Kaitlyn was born on March 23rd and she's a beautiful baby! You can tell by the way Matt and Erika look at her that they are so in love. Although their families don't live close they've all been out to visit and Johanna is a pediatric physicians assistant so I'm sure it's very helpful to have her to call (She's also the provider of the butt paste from the picture above!). I had a lot of fun hanging out and getting to know them! People from Ohio are so nice! Here are some of my favorite pictures and a slideshow!
